#AWeekInMy.. | Wardrobe Edition

So I’m a real homebody. I’d much rather stay at home and binge watch whatever I find on Netflix rather than being out somewhere. However, this past week I got up to some fun things and I thought why not document my daily outfits.

If you know me, you know I’m the type of girl to match my top to my bag and then find shoes to match too (basically I can often be fashionably challenged), but I’m slowly learning to find a ‘style’ that I can call my own.

Thursdays are usually my day off, but everyday Thursday I attend the Jesus and Ministries society at uni. (To be fair, this is literally how I dress everyday anyway).

You probably didn’t know, but I’m currently studying Adult Nursing and Fridays are ‘lab’ days. I guess the outfit is pretty explanatory.

This was then followed by going to #TheDamnTour at the Genting Arena. Now, I’m usually a comfortable trainer and anything else when it comes to concerts but I decided to leave my comfort zone and try something a little different (for me anyway).

A lot of you may not know, but I am Seventh-day Adventist. Meaning that I go to church on Saturday.

Now, I rarely ever get a full body picture on sabbath, which is a real shame cos everyone knows girls pull out all the stops when it comes to church. But I wore this top with a black pleated skater skirt and a pair of black flats.

Top: Matalan | Skirt: Forever 21

In the evening, it was #DateNight, but since it was just a trip to the cinema I kept it very simple.

So I definitely skipped Sunday but thats because I had absolutely nothing going on, I didn’t even leave the house. Monday however, was the start of a week full of lectures and exams so I kept it VERY simple (down to the hair, lmao).

Jumper: Cyke (check them out on Instagram)

Jeans: ‘Joni’ Topshop (obviously)

Again, skipping Tuesday, we reach the final day of my ‘week’.

I decided to actually make an effort with my outfit for once given the nature of today and all.

Top: Primark

Jeans: ‘Joni’ Topshop

Jacket: New Look

Shoes: Matalan

I’ll admit, it’s lucky that I had to leave the house almost every day this week or otherwise there would have definitely just been pyjamas in there. Not all of the outfits are things I wear every week, but if I carried this on for another week, there would definitely be repeats.

What does your weekly wardrobe look like? Let me know, I have a shopping trip that is way overdue!
